Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

PlotSpindle AI, PlotSpindle AI Pro, and Formatting Studio are recurring subscriptions. You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. Unless checkout or mandatory law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period.

Refund requests

Contact support@plotspindle.com within 14 days of the charge. We review requests individually, including duplicate charges, technical failure that prevented meaningful use, and accidental renewal promptly reported without material use after renewal. We do not promise refunds for partial billing periods, unused quotas, dissatisfaction with AI output, or failure to cancel before renewal, except where required by law.

Trials and promotions

Trial and promotional terms shown at checkout control. Cancel before the displayed trial deadline to avoid the first paid charge.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
