Acceptable Use Policy

PlotSpindle supports lawful creative writing. You may not use the service to:

• Exploit, sexualize, groom, or endanger minors, or create sexual content involving minors.
• Facilitate terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, targeted harassment, or instructions intended to cause serious physical harm.
• Create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content that meaningfully invades another person’s privacy.
• Commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, evasion of security controls, or unauthorized access.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, including by uploading material you do not have permission to use.
• Generate unlawful discrimination, regulated professional advice presented without appropriate review, or content prohibited by applicable law.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, benchmark for competitive publication without permission, resell accounts, share credentials, or circumvent quotas and paid entitlements.

Fictional depictions of difficult subjects may be permitted when lawful, but the service may restrict content or behavior that creates a real-world safety, exploitation, or platform-security risk. We may investigate, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, remove content, limit features, and report conduct when legally required.
